About Us

My Name is Roy Siegel.  I started Mr Nice Guy Handyman Service in 1996.  Shortly after starting it,  I realized for jobs over $500 the law stated I needed to have a Contractors License.  I had 13 years management experience setting up retail clothing stores, so I qualified to take my licensing exams. These exams covered my knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Cement work, Painting, Drywall, Framing, Roofing, writing contracts and employment law,  In 1997 I took and passed my exams for General Contracting.
